Nature Rune Question

i have heard mention of somone that unnotes rune essence somewhere near Tai Bwo Wannai village. Iwas wondering if this is true, if so can someone tell me their name and location.

This method involves the General store in the nearby Tai Bwo Wannai village just north west of the altar. This process is simple and does not require the use of a bank. Initially, have all the essence that you want to runecraft in your inventory in noted form. You will also need 2 gp per essence. You can't runecraft noted essence, so Use it on Jiminua (at the shop) and she will un-note it for 2 gp per essence. (Do not Sell it to her - she charges the same as the Grand Exchange!) Walk to the altar, runecraft, and repeat to un-note more essence.
