why doesnt jagex make pure ess level 1 to mine now?

Thats almost like saying my done we make rune lv 10 to mine now as bots are gone and nature runes lv 1 to rune craft because bots are gone.

 

 

 

Its level 30 because you have to do some work to get the right to mine pure essence.
