But if you don't have them, he'll unequip your weapon, which isn't good if you want to use a staff. In short, get them. It takes 5 minutes to reobtain them from the Ice Queen, and it helps A LOT. (You don't want to keep switching panels!) Good luck on the rest of dt. I havent done heroes quest...but if i dont neeeeed them...i can do it without a staff me thinks, thanks Ah, in that case if you still need them all you gotta do is talk to the guy to start then get the gloves. This would be my recommendation, as you will most likely need them anyway. You DO NOT want to keep having to switch between spells, prayer, inventory, etc. It makes the fight harder and longer. Although I'm probably too late posting and you already owned the guy : piece of cake, and didnt use gloves Yup, glad to hear it! He was second easiest for me, first being Dessous.
