My general rule for items is. If you have to sell off your bank just to get it, its probably not worth it. =P

 

 

 

But i do agree. Its special is decent but not impressive. Its stats are good but not astonishing. Its twohanded which really blows (no dragons, or shield slot for added def bonuses). And it cost way to much still.
