Should'nt opening the chest in the center force the barrow brother out?

 

I still have 5 kill count and i opened the chest. Torag still didn't appear, wtf?

 

 

 

EDIT: i still haven't checked the chest either, just opened it.

 

 

 

P.S. i have opened like 50 doors, he still hasn't appeared.

 

 

 

EDIT #2: Ugh, i didn't want to not kill the brother and search the chest, so i just opened every door possible and it worked...Still....I opened the chest and he didn't appear. #-o
