i am currently kill cows to lvl my pure acc range lvl and i was wondering if theres nything in lumby or nere the cows that i culd cook beef on?

You could always cut down trees and light the lgos to make a fire.

 

 

 

But, if you wanted a range, there is one on the first floor of Lumbridge Castle near the Chef.

 

I don't know if you can cook beef there, but I think there is a fire in the Goblin house near the river fishing spots.
