unable to save to cache

tried when HD came out to play it on a new laptop with vista with no luck. It started loading, but then I got an error "unable to save to cache" and 4 suggetions to resolve the issue. Tried all four without success.

 

 

 

Since yesterday I get this message when I'm loading the low resolution version as well so I cannot play from this computer at all now.

 

 

 

I am logged in as an administrator. Suggestions please.
