I have a rune berserker shield at (80) and it has +49 slash bonus, in the Item Database the slash defence is +45. Everything else is correct.

 

 

 

Assuming that at 100% the shield has the same stats there is an error :). I very much doubt that when it is repaired the slash defence would lower :S
