Ok I downloaded some new firefox and it has those things where you have to create a name for yours and use it and it saves all your data or whatever..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

anyways I accidently went on with a new empty name and now I have no passwords or bookmarks,how do I get off this name and switch back to the old one?

Instead of creating a new profile, select your old one, make sure 'Don't ask at startup' is checked, and hit the 'Start Firefox' button. Now everything should be back to normal :)
