Teaks or Willows

This might be purely personal preference, but I'd like some advice as to what people prefer and why. Will 99 Woodcutting be much quicker at Tao Bwo Minigame cutting Teaks & dropping OR staking out Barbarian Outpost and banking Willows.

 

 

 

I don't care to bank the Teaks as doing so isn't a process I enjoy. Money isn't an option so I could care less about banking the Willows nor buying the trading sticks necessary for entry of Tao Bwo. Just looking for the fastest, easiest method. I know I've asked this before but now that I've decided on the goal, I need a broader perspective on the method.
