Does anyone know how much xp/hour i could get at the tzhaar place with a sara sword and 88 str? Just trying to vary training spots for my str training. Also do the Xils drop capes and mauls? Just capes? Or just mauls?

well im guessing 30k-35k xp p/h and xils drop capes and mauls because i have got them both and also swords wich are 180k+ only ket's drop shield
