Whats better whip and rune defender or sara sword?

It depends, what are you doing?

 

 

 

Whip + Def is better, imo. Sara sword is good for Waterfiends, but whip and def is better for like, everything else. Unless you are going for strength training, go with a whip.

Sara Sword is mainly used for training Strength. So if you want a strength level use it, but if you're training Attack, Defence, or controlled - stick with whip.
