Yes, but make sure you check out a guide before heading up there. But anyways, if you're 100 combat then you can Bandos. You just have to know what you're doing.

Team or solo? Your stats are low for soloing, but with a team you can learn with little risk. Unless your the tank, or your tank messes up, or you forget range pray at an obvious time, it's fairly hard to kill yourself. Note that it's not impossible - I've been killed by the mage minion before. It's very unlikely though, and only happens when you aren't paying attention.

Go to the Signature Updater at the bottom of the list where it has the skill sigs, goal sigs, etc.
