up_the_dubs Posted August 26, 2008 Share Posted August 26, 2008 ok i was wondering what the fasest way to lvl to 99rc. my rc lvl atm is 74 and i have nearly every quest completed. i can rc most runes accept bloods and buying ess/glories isnt a problem. thanks for the posts.
