My account has been hacked again, but the password recovery has been denied. :cry:

 

 

 

Does anyone know how to self lock an account? I don't want the hacker keeping it :cry:

How do we know it's your account if you could not even recover it? :shame:

Anyway, why would I want to get someone elses account locked? :/ Even if it worked, they could unlock it in seconds. :shame:

Provide billing details? They should be in email confirmation I think..

I used as much information to recover the account as I could, but it was still denied :wall:

I don't think you can get it locked.

Probably for the same reason people log onto other peoples' accounts, destroy untradeables and delete friends lists.

 

 

 

Try recovering one more time, filling out every field. If it still doesn't work, the 'hacker' probably changed your recoveries (or you forgot the correct answers). Other than sending Jagex the billing information, I don't think there is a way to get your account back or lock the account.

You can report it saying someone else has access to your account and they will lock it until someone provides enough info.
