Well, as a whole they are getting wealthier, but the real winners are the crooked people, not the ex. proletariat who gains a big payraise.

 

 

 

Compare: When it's said USA is getting wealthier/the economy is growing... Still doesn't mean minimum wage is going up or that the average person gets any extra benefits. Really, the only people reaping the true benefits even in the States, are the "top 1%" who just keep getting richer, though with more legal means than in Russia.
