Do I need 54 smithing to start the quest, and do I need to finish the quest to have access to the armored zombiez? You have to talk to the captain\go to the cemetery\track it down to the trapdoor and find the key before you can get there - so all you have to have is the hunter\quest reqs. Awesome training spot, was there today.
