July 3, 200521 yr Runescape PK'ing system What have do you think about RS PK'ing? From what I see if you plan on PK'ing in the multicombat its either you get a team or be teamed. Nowadays clan's are getting popular and they take over the Greater Demons & The Rune Rocks. Back in RSC, there was no multicombat, so it was all skills untill the auto's came. It was pretty fun if you ask me. It was all about pure's, and if you we're fighting a non-pure then he's HP would be low since the magic raised combat. And since only pure's PK'ed at the castle then there was no teleporting :lol: . Now in Rs2 everyone that pk's under 20 wilderness teleports, its pretty lame. They had no reasons to remove the magic-combat system. In rs2 the f2p pk'ing is even lamer, the best weapon gives 45+slash (Rune scimitar) and the best armor makes a total of 200+ slash. If you calculate theres no risk at all to adventure the wilderness since the weapon is 1/5 to the armor. And now you can retreat at anytime + Run. The rs2 obstacles are massive you can get stuck into forest you can get PJ'ed by NPC's (Especially with the rs2 amount) and running will permit you to run trought wilderness levels way faster and ETC. This game is ruined, personnaly I think its fun but anybody can PK nowadays, I remember back in classic each time i'd adventure myself into the wilderness I would be shaking :P and now I can see people with rares on their head making fun of people :o . Now in RS2 you can have 90 Magic/90 Ranged and it will only raise your combat by HP. Basickly anyone that can melee / range and magic are advantaged. But back in RSC if you wanted to be a good pk'er then you had to be based on 1 categorie. Either warrior/mage or ranged. Orelse your combat would be to high and your HP to low. July 3, 200521 yr Couldn't agree with you more. It kinda makes me wanna play RSC again, but I do more than pk on RS. If i only pked I'd get something like Guild Wars. You're spot on though IMO. This is how much you all raised for charity. Thank you.

July 3, 200521 yr Its so true, I've always wanted jagex to fix the pk system but they dont like pures, thats why they made it like this. Jagex don't want their game to be a fighting only game, they want it to be a game where you just raise your skills to have like even stats. Anyway i think they should go back to the 3 round system, remove the protects, make You have to wait 30 secs before logging from a player or something to make people FEAR the wild. As it is now, i see noobs(level 100-) train at hut because theres no chance they would die, only to a huge axe hut pker team. When i get 99,99,99 (soon) i wanna pk all the time, but theres no such thing called Single Pking anymore, jagex ruined it. Would be cool if jagex made a single pking area or something but for now the only single pk is Deathmatches.

However, remember that a lot of players (myself included) do not PK, so we need to have that balance to enjoy the game. Wow, below level 100 is still noobsville? Sorry, that's just silly :) And, I think the single PKing area is a good idea. Since I'll never see you there, I'm all for it :) lpinkus

PS: and dont post a feeble attept to flame me now like: "u stupid noob i could easily own you so **** off" , because that would just show how pathetic you really are.

July 4, 200521 yr i think they should go back to the old way of pkin because of 2 reasons 1) when you and your team kill sombody and there is a big loot!! you have to SPLIT IT UP with everyone so say someone drops 20k and theres 4 of you you walk out of there with frekin 5k!!!!!!!! and if someone drops a rune helm and a rune kite and alot of lobbys or somthing and theres 3 of you you got to work out somthing and your spending all this time saying well ill give you all the lobbys and 10k for the helm and YOUR IN THE WILLDI YOU SHOULD JUST PICK UP WHAT YOU KILLED AND GO KILL AGAIN!!!!!!!! not spend all your time deciding who gets what!!! on 1 kill my god!!!!!! lol 2)ill go to the willdi and find someone who just wants to fight 1-1 and they cheat you out i will go to the willdi start kicking his [wagon] then out of now where his team arives and souronds you and its like 5-1 seriously i counted them befor i died cuz there was no way i was getting out so i just sat back cussed a little threw my mouse against the wall and counted how many people were killing me !!!!!!!!!!!! so thats y i dont like the pkin they have know!
