anyone knoe easy wys i only got 33 thieving and i need 46 for that one dungeon.

Stealing from stalls in Ardoughne. Just drop what you steal and keep on going. The levels will be pretty fast. At 43 you can switch to pickpocketing masterfarmers if you want some seeds.
