F2P Main Pking & Respective Drops?

I have been playing on and off with my character for quite some time and my theorized stats when I finally do start pking again would be 70 attack, 70 defense, 99 strength, 99 magic, 99 range, and whatever hp would be after all those stats are trained. Now that last off period I had was after hunter was released so I'm out of the loop in terms of new updates. Now with these PvP worlds, how would those stats do when I go pking? Also, what would the drops for f2p worlds be if I met all the gear and gameplay requirements to whatever Jagex has in mind for a good drop? I tried finding a list for all the available gear that gets dropped in PvP worlds but could not find such a thing.
