Okay, I have food, the restore pot, the second set of armor, and I spied on Dark Squall. How do I get Silif out?

To get Silif out, you must get the Cell Key from the Key Rack, just west of where Dark Squall is, on the wall. You then open the Cell where Silif resides in using that key on the door, and talk to Silif.

 

 

 

You should now be able to use the items etc on Silif to initiate all the dialog.
