If I die while fighting "me" what happens?

It's a standard death, lose your items, start at lumbridge/fally, etc.

 

 

 

"Me" is only level 79 though, so it shouldn't be much of a problem.

Any getting back to get your stuff?

 

 

 

Edit-- I tried fighting it with half health and almost died but logged out (Brought runes for slayer dart and forgot that you couldn't use it)

I don't think you'd be able to make it back in time before they dissapeared in any case. It's a long walk.
