i make pretty much kills in bh but mostly then not my target so i get a time penalty, is there any way to get rid of it?

If you kill someone in bounty hunter that are not your target there are 2 ways to get penalty off. 1st wait 180 Sek, and the other is to kill your target after you've killed the one that is not your targed.
