Smithing Guide Update : Dragon Platebody

Featured Replies

I searched and didn't find anything, I hope I don't post already posted info  However, I was looking through the Smithing guide, and noticed it still has 99 smithing as requirement for the Dragon Platebody. It is now 92. On the Knowledge Base as well as on the in game smithing guide. As far as I know there was no formal announcement about it by Jagex when it was actually changed.

Also in this part of the guide:

Dragon Platebody: You can attach smith together the three pieces of the dragon platebody using a special hammer obtained from a Blast Furnace Dwarf at the Dragonkin Forge in the Ancient Cavern.

Perhaps it would be good to add that the hammer is obtained from a dwarf for the cost of 1,000,000gp. Just to provide all the information one might need when wanting to make a dragon plate.

Click on the metal in your inventory, and then click on the anvil. A menu of objects you can smith will pop up. Click on the object you want to smith and your character will do so. Alternately, you can right-click on the item and pick the option to make 1, 5, or 10 of the item. This saves a great deal of time and clicking.

This is in the "Forging" section of the guide, and perhaps should be changed to reflect there is now a "Make-X" and "Make All" option. 1, 5, X, and All, are now the 4 options for right clicking on the desired smithing item.
