I seriously need help big time!

Before i go on can every body please note that I'm just asking for advice and i am asking for nothing more so dont asume im asking any "staff" here to get my account back.

 

 

 

Now then, i had alot of black marks on my account and about a week ago i had apparantly caused an offence. I appealed against this as a misunderstanding and the appeal was succeful and the extra black marks where removed. I was glad to hear this but, when i went back to account history it still said that i'm permanently banned. It's been 6 days and its still the same, i have no way of contacting jagex. I can't post on the forums since I'm banned and i dont have any other member accounts. I could get a friend to post there for me but i think its against the rules and dont want to get anybody else in trouble.

 

 

 

I have tried contacting a mod in the game, a normal mod and not a gold, he said for for a while because they may be busy as a company. I did but it has been a very long time now and i don't think the mod will be able to do much since he is not a gold mod.

 

 

 

Has anybody here got some advice, I'm really stuck and my account is banned all because of a misunderstanding.

This is rather tricky. Your not supposed to post messages from Jagex, so could you tell use word-for-word what the 'misunderstanding' was, what your appeal was, and how it was accepted?

Well, id rather not say but since i have no other choice. I was accused of breaking rule 9 (incouraging others to break the rules). I was waiting to go into the next castlewars game and there where two friend of mine. They where joking around and asking each other to date. And since they where friends i was joking around to. I said outloud " i never knew runescape was a dating website, find you love partner at http://www.runescape.co.uk". Now the mistake was that i had said a website out loud when this is not alowed in runescape. I said in my appeal that the website i said out loud was actualy they runescape website, the couldnt see this the first time round because runescape automatically hid some of the writting but it still said runescape inbetween the website i shouted out. And i said i had no intention of breaking the rules and got abit carried away for the moment and i wasnt really offending anybody either.

 

 

 

So my appeal was succeful and the mod said that my account had been adjusted and the i should read the rules before i start "playing again". So i read the rules even though iv already read them time and time again. So basically thats it, when an account's appeal is succeful the black marks are removed and they not banned anymore, usually. My black marks where removed but i wasnt unbanned. Now im banned permanently. I really hate talking about things like this that are not really supposed to be talked about lightly but i have no choice, i really do thing a mistake has been made.

That's not good. How many blackmarks did you have before? Were you on last chance? Was this your last chance appeal? Did your black marks go back to what they were before, or were they more or less?

I had 15.1 black marks and i was playing the game for 10 months like that. When the offence came up i went to 15.6 black marks. I had already used up my last chance appeal before this offence and this time it was the normal appeal that i used and after it was succeful my blackmarks where removed and they went back to 15.1.

No no lol, i used my last chance appeal when i was on 15.1 and it was succeful a long time ago. I have that many marks all because i used an auto bot when i was lv 46 lol, couldnt be asked to play back then. lol I didnt even get one mage lv up before i was caught. But still that was years ago im lv 113 now and iv learned from that!

 

 

 

edit: Does any body atleast know how to contact jagex via email? Seriously they have no customer support places and the forums are only for members and you are not allowed there if you are banned. Im so lost :?: :(
