Br1ck0ne
I'm in need of some help recently while playing rs.. I was directed to a different browser on runescape.com and it read Error_game_crash..A problem has occured while unning this game. On my desktop was an error in the form of a note reading Hs_err_pid648.log..This problem keeps occuring and is in the way of me playing. #An unexpected error has been detected by Java Runtime Environment: # EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) at pc=0x00b2aeb4, pid=648, tid=2316 # Java VM: Java HotSpot Client VM (11.0-b16 mixed mode, sharing windows-x86) # Problematic frame: # j hh.a(Lvl;IB)V+1448 # If you would like to submit a bug report, please visit: # http://java.sun.com/webapps/bugreport/crash.jsp So this is what the note reads that sits on my desktop..It says Java but i have un-installed and re-installed the new update several times. I have also downloaded Firefox and still same problem occurs..I have updated my graphics card aswell..I have no other ideas if anyone could help me figure this one out i'd appreciate it. WutangFlu
This may help.. http://www.updatexp.com/0xC0000005.html And as that website states, if you have symantec anti-virus, it can cause it to conflict. My guess is your RAM is [bleep]ed up. Weather it be faulty chips, or installed wrong.
