How do I upload my Pictures to put into my profile? what website do I use?

 

I am currently trying to use Photobucket.com but it does not work.

You can change your avatar and signature by clicking on the User Control Panel link on the top of the page, selecting "Profile", and selecting the appropriate option. Also, Photobucket does work, you just need to use the proper BBCode.
