This seems to have gotten bumped downa ..lot.

Really? I heard a discussion about it before.

When Jagex last updated SC, they limited the number of tools/points/armor pieces you could have at the time of the update. I think anything post-update is unlimited, though I can't say for sure.

Anyone know the xp you can get with construction with one tool?

I think it's about 32k regular xp (64k doubled).

Note that its not always 2x the xp :P

This is news to me...when to SC tools not give double xp?

Smithing mith bars = 3.3x the xp, thats all i know.

Morphic tools are always double. Volatile tools are always a 120% increase, so I suppose it depends on the tool you're using.
