Hey,i'm stuck on biohazard quest,when you have to kill a mourner upstairs to get a key,i keep killing them but i get nothing,what shall i do?

My only suggestion would be to check your bank and make sure that you dont have it in there. Other than that keep killing them or log out then reattempt that step in the quest.
