How do I get from

to the normal task manager? (with the tabs, etc.)

 

 

 

I'm running XP, etc. and this is what comes up when I press ctrl+alt+del.

 

 

 

I suspect it changed to that part of task manager only when my brother was on (he presses wierd stuff and doesn't know it Oo').
