So last month i subscribed for p2p by phone. first call the pin they gave me didnt work and their phone hung up on me. called again and made the subscription. so i asked jagex if i will be charged and they say i never made the first call. asked surfpin they said the same. just got the phone bill and i got charged for both phone calls even though i could only redeem the one pin. so what the hell should i do. where should i inquire about this.

Call whoever you get your phone service from and show the messages you got from Jagex and Surfpin as evidence.

 

 

 

Unless Surfpin is your phone provider, sorry if that's the case, I've never heard of them.
