I currently have a clue with the coordinates 04.03 South and 03.11 East in Gu'Tanoth. I am currently in the southernmost part of the city, sitting on the bridge right before the entrance to a cave to the west of me. The coordinate instructions are pretty confusing...How can I get to the area where this clue is at? Do I need to complete the quest? I don't understand what the tip.it coordinate guide says. Thanks!

I'm not a 100% sure you need to start\finish the quest to pass the city guards but the Quest that takes place there is Watchtower Quest

 

 

 

If you look on a real map (locators have low quality) you can see bridges connection to platforms. Just read the part with the title "5: Into Gu'tanoth" and you should be able to get in.
