Caromon Posted February 15, 2009 Share Posted February 15, 2009 In the guide it says the As a First Resort quests Salt-water pool should be used (with I did and it helped a ton) but also while I was there I used the Sulphur(prayer raising pool-used for rapid heal) and the Thermal(hp raising pool) pools and they helped a lot.
