Basically, yes. Just use broad bolt tips with feathers.

Unless the price trend has changed, then it's definitely more expensive to buy the materials and make the broad bolts. You can get some pretty hefty EXP from making them, so if you just want to buy the ammo to consume then buying the broad bolts directly would be the best option.

You will actually make 7 gold per bolt. It's cheaper to make but costs some time and handclicking, I used to do it while waiting for stars to land lol

yeah i think is cheaper too cuz unfinished bolt is 50 gp from slayer store and feathers like 5-6 gp?
