These give xp a little below Yews for both cutting and burning but, due to the lack of competition, can be faster to cut on busy servers. Plus - addition to FM guide: Pyrelord (and I assume Forge Regent) +10% burn xp stacks with the 2% bonus for Ring of Fire (and I assume other Beacon Rewards).
