You have got 43 prayer way to early imo, as it limits your ability to pk for any length of time away from an altar.

 

 

 

get 40 attack, 70 strength, and get 70 range to range/R2H in F2P, OR become a mauler and leave your attack as is and PK in P2P with rune xbow and maul.
