The Dark Lord
The battery icon in my system tray has a red X over the battery and it also has a plug-in icon (which symbolizes that it's charging), and when I mouse over it, it says "No battery is detected." When I unplug the cord from the laptop, the computer shuts down. Because the computer is only a couple months old, is it more likely that somehow the cord was slightly pulled out and the battery depleted and is now recharging, or is my battery actually needing to be replaced? EDIT: The power source was very hot when I noticed this. It also hasn't recharged at all, and I'm wondering if I should just shut the lid and let it recharge overnight. The Dark Lord
Okay, apparently my knee hit the switch that allows the battery to pop loose. When I was putting up my computer for the night, I noticed that the back was thinner than usual. When I flipped it over, a huge part of the back was missing, so I looked on the floor and noticed the battery was by my feet. :wall: Anyway I feel like a jackass. /thread SWAG Mayn U wanna be like me but U can't be me cuz U ain't got ma swagga on.
