It looks pretty good for a quick painting. The only thing that stands out at me that needs improvement is the microphone. It looks rather flat. Maybe if you curved the little holes in the mic, or whatever the black lines are, it could give it the feel of depth. Also, her neck looks like it has been pushed over to the left (left meaning if you were standing behind her, her left shoulder). This may just be the vantage point though.
