f2p PvP help? Coming back after a year

Featured Replies

I've recently come back from a long absence and I decided I want to try f2p PvP again for the first time in over a year or so.

81 combat

80 hitpoints

61 attack

73 strength

45 defense

90 range

85 magic

55 prayer

My stats are obviously not optimized for f2p combat. I originally planned to make my account a rune pure in members, but there is almost no chance of me ever getting members again so...

Any ideas with what I should do stat-wise would be much appreciated. Am I good as is? Should I tank range? Train melee instead? I've tried a bit of PvP with my current stats but I haven't had much success. I'm probably still very rusty but it's not like there's too much strategy involved in f2p. -.-

Don't suggest that I get 99's because I simply don't have the time that I did in the past and grinding in f2p is incredibly mind-numbing.

Tank range is your best option. get 91 range to hit natural 15's with addys, though through pking you will get to 91 anyway.

Your melee stats do not have enough grunt to KO, so stick with range for now. Train up your strength later to use R2H as a KO option.
