Somebody in my family has an account which still has time on it.

 

 

 

It had 6 months paid on it but he went off to play WOW.

 

 

 

He came back today to find the account locked, how come they do that with money still on it ?

 

 

 

He has applied to Jagex to have the account back, how long does this normaly take ?

I'm sure Jagex is busy, just like applying for a job, you want to stay consistent and follow up on things but give the place some time, Your not the only person who they deal with. ::'

 

 

 

All in all im positive they will reply.
