Are the wind-up mice still useable, or did they get nerfed? And if they did get nerfed, is the gnome agility course still the best option until 35?

1: You can still use them. :P

 

2: Yes, your best option up to 35 is probably the gnomes course, although you can try the penguins or agility pyramid at 30.
