this might be classified but does anyone know where the info from runescape is saved - where it says loading x... is it loading directly off the server or from the comp?

Most likely a Server...actually I'm 99% positive of this. If we were loading from their computers, I think everyone would've crashed all of them by now. They must store and update data onto a server, that's the only way. Computers couldn't take the abuse of having thousands of computers loading files off of their computers...well unless Jagex are aliens and using high tech computers...which I highly doubt. So server is the answer.

i mean you know when you download the window client, all the items load much faster. my problem is that everything loads until it gets to loading animation, when the bar gets there, it just freezes...
