Start with a more descriptive title of your post. "Help!!!" actually doesn't help at all.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Go to your Profile (bottom left button at the navigation bar at the top of the forum). At the bottom, you will see an avatar upload form (that's the left picture). Save the picture you want to use on your hard drive, then upload it using the form.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The bottom picture is called a signature. You'll need to make one, and upload it to a hoster (such as http://www.imageshack.us), then copy the IMG url link to the "signature" part of your Profile.
