I looked in the jail cells, and I noticed Cap'n Hand, and Rick Turpentine. Are they discontinued randoms? Also, upstairs in said jail, I saw the security guard. He would frequently leave and return, and I was wondering if he was visiting someone in my world? Just thought it was interesting. Does anyone have any insight into my discovery?
