How to train str 78-->85 in p2p with 40def?

Well here i am again asking your helpful tips. I would go to bandits, but i dont have enough cash. If you get profit that would be nice too. Stats: att:61 str:78 def:40 rang:50 Pray:43 Mage:55(so i can take alchs to inv if that helps out.)

Hmmm,

 

since you only have 40 defence, you should definitely go to the level 50 giant spiders in level 3 of the Stronghold of Security.

 

It's great training, 50k strength exp an hour at your level, the spiders have 266 exp each (200, plus the 66 hitpoints experience also given). They auto attack you, which is another bonus.

I only have 45 defense and I train via slayer... it's surprisingly good exp. and you can use boosting items like slayer helm. Also good drops

And another question: Do i have high enough attack lvl to hit kbd. I was thinking to go there whit my friend(he is ranger)
