Can't open poker program, please help

Hi, i like to play online poker but when i tried to open the file (pacific poker) about 15 minutes ago i got the message:

 

 

 

"windows is searching for this program..." and then "to launch the application, please use the %sfile"

 

 

 

I have no idea what this is, i tried resetting my computer, and then uninstalling and reinstalling the program.

 

 

 

This is kind of a worry as i have $300 in my account and have no way of accessing without the program as far as i know, also i am scheduled to play in a tournament in 25 minutes which i have already payed the $22 buy-in for, and this will be wasted if i can't play soon...

 

 

 

Does anyone know what it wrong and how to fix it?

P.S it had been working fine about half an our before this started!
