I am at the base of the cliff in the Smoking Kills quest, southeast of the agility pyramid. However, I can't find the rock I'm supposed to attach my rope to in order to get up on the plateau. I see the rock hanging off the cliff, but it won't let me attach a rope to it. Help, please!

Need help guys.

You have to already be on top of the cliff to attach the rope for the shortcut. Go southeast to a swamp and you'll find the way up.

You have to go around the south to the swamp and go up through there. Then you can tie the rope to the rock. You cant use that shortcut until you tie the rope to the top, after going around.

Man, I would've never figured that out. Thanks guys.
