Construction help please

I'm level 28 construction and I want 67 so I can make bones to peaches tabs. To keep it simple, my house currently sucks and I am clueless on construction. What is the easiest and cheepest way to get to 67.

 

 

 

if you say play a mini game-- well I don't play many of those so i'll be clueless about that. Just answer me as if I was a newbie please lol

 

 

 

Also please give an approximate price of how much it will cost me.
