ok im not sure how to make em in paint and then get them over to my profile so can someone help me out plz

Well, save the file as .JPEG or .GIF first off. Then go to an online file uploader site. Go HERE for example. Click the BROWSE button, search your computer for the file (For beginners, when you save it in Paint, Photoshop 7, PaintShop Pro, etc, save it to Desktop). Choose the file you wish to upload, then click 'UPLOAD'. You'll get your image and an internet address (Link). Go to your profile and put the link in between some image tags like this;

Then update your profile and you should have an image there. There might be flaws in this little explanation so if anyone wants to clear them up, please do. Also you might want to take notice of the '300x150 and 30,000 bytes' signature maximum size.
