Ok lets say i dont want to do flesh crawlers or any monsters in sos whats the next best thing with these stats 51 attk 57 str 43 def 54 hp 53 range 35 prayer, tried ice warriors but seems slow to me food isnt a problem and dont really care about drops

Flesh crawlers are really the best option. If you are looking for a monster that can give you more xp, you will find none (except giant spiders, but your defense is far too low to use giant spiders effectively over flesh crawlers).

 

If you have a deep burning hatred, try wilderness ice giants, on a BH world. Revs aren't really a problem anyway, but being on a BH world eliminates the risk entirely. In addition, wielding rune armor and turning auto-retaliate off makes it extremely hard to deal reasonable damage to you, since the aggressive ice giants/warriors will most likely attack the PKer, meaning he or she cannot attack you. If your aggressive period is over, you could then simply log.

 

But generally speaking, once the PKer realizes you are above 25 wild or so, they will forget you as a target.

Flesh Crawlers really are the only option there.

 

The next best thing would be minotaurs, but they are not aggressive. Though, you can kill them for iron arrow drops to use them for ranged, as arrows are really hard to buy on the Grand Exchange now.

 

Giant Spiders are better exp/hour, but your defence is too low to be effective versus them.
